These Terms of Service("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vacation HubSTR website located at vacationhubstr.com (the "Platform"), operated by Vacation HubSTR, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Vacation HubSTR is a vacation rental search, aggregation, and price comparison platform. The Platform aggregates vacation rental listings from third-party booking platforms and property management company sources to enable travelers to search, compare, and evaluate vacation rental properties. Vacation HubSTR does not own, manage, oroperate any vacation rental properties. Vacation HubSTR does not process bookings, collect payments, or enter into booking contracts on behalf of any party. All booking transactions occur directly between travelers and the applicable booking platform or property manager.

3. Use of the Platform

You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

•      Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

•      Scrape, crawl, index, orotherwise extract data from the Platform without express written authorization

•      Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its underlying systems

•      Use the Platform to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content

•      Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without authorization

•      Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform

4. Third-Party Content and Links

The Platform aggregates and displays listing content, pricing information, and ratings data from third-party sources including Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia, and property management company websites. Vacation HubSTR does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any third-party content. Pricing displayed on the Platform is provided for comparison purposes and may differ from actual booking totals on source platforms. You should verify all pricing, availability, and listing details directly with the applicable booking platform or property manager before making a booking decision. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. Vacation HubSTR does not endorse or take responsibilityfor the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website.

5. Waitlist and Email Communications

By submitting your email address to join the Vacation HubSTR waitlist, you consent to receive email communications from us regarding platform updates, launch notifications, and related announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send. We will not sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the HubSTR TrustScore algorithm, HubSTR Compass search engine, platform design, text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Vacation HubSTR, LLC andare protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The marks"Vacation HubSTR," "HubSTR Trust Score," and "HubSTRCompass" are proprietary marks of Vacation HubSTR, LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use our intellectual property without express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VACATION HUBSTR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VACATION HUBSTR, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend,and hold harmless Vacation HubSTR, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. You waive any objection to venue in such courts.
