Filing aDMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on our Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing all of the following:
1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notice;
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it on the Platform (such as a URL);
4. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on the Platform was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent containing:

8. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal;
9. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
10. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA,Vacation HubSTR maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users and account holders who are repeat infringers of copyright.
